For Tim and Shun, the highlight of the weekend was simple: meeting the people who enjoy their wine. There is nothing quite like the experience of sharing a glass of Rosé, talking through the taste and craft behind the bottle, and seeing genuine reactions firsthand. The team was thrilled to welcome everyone who stopped by the stand to say hello, share stories, and enjoy a tasting together.
The Voices of the Wall of Fame
One of the most special parts of the setup was the Elle Rosé Wall of Fame, which served as the heart of the stand throughout the weekend. It became a beautiful, collaborative tapestry of the community's experience. The wall was anchored by a growing collection of Polaroids—capturing genuine moments of laughter, meeting new friends, and the simple joy of a good glass of wine. Interspersed among these snapshots were dozens of post-it notes where visitors shared their thoughts. It was a delight to read comments like "the best Aussie Rosé," "refreshingly crisp," and "the highlight of the show." Seeing these handwritten notes and the candid polaroids side-by-side created a vivid, unfiltered record of the connections made over the weekend.
